The Mem gallery – approximately 500 square meters – had been closed and used exclusively for the club's service, with barriers, chairs, and a notice board with a cash register.

A local police inspection conducted on the evening of December 5th "sentenced" Wakanda, a restaurant on Via Mameli, to an eight-day closure. The measure adopted by the Municipality's Productive Activities Department will be in effect from January 18th to 25th (inclusive).
According to the report drawn up by the officers, " the owner allowed staff to control the entrance to the Galleria Mameli from the door located on Via Mameli facing Via Pola and to place a barrier, chairs and a cash register inside, allowing customers to use the space in front of the shop's emergency exits."

All in violation of the public land concession. The owner of the premises was given the opportunity to submit a statement. The municipality received no response, and the business was suspended.
