He allegedly raped his half-sister, who was still a child, for six years, then filmed the sexual encounters and sold them on the dark web. The charges are extremely serious, and the investigation is ongoing, as the Postal Police are reportedly searching servers around the world to track down the buyers of the videos. Meanwhile, however, yesterday morning the young man who allegedly abused his sister appeared before a judge. For him, who is already in prison, the prosecution is requesting a 16-year sentence (starting from a 24-year sentence with a third reduced for choosing the fast-track trial).

The investigation

Deputy Prosecutor Gilberto Ganassi's investigation began this year when, as part of a small-time drug dealing investigation, police seized a young man's cell phone. Upon examining the device, however, investigators immediately noticed a large number of banned videos.
