He lured underage girls on social media, with whom he had sexual chats and asked for meetings . Furthermore, numerous child pornography files were found on his PC, including abuse of minors, even very young children.
A 26-year-old was arrested in Cagliari at the end of a long investigation born from the complaint of a young woman. The investigation was carried out by investigators from the State Police and the Postal Police of Cagliari coordinated by the National Center for Combating Online Child Pornography.
The young man exchanged sexually explicit images and videos with underage girls on social networks. The search led to the discovery of several child pornography files, which led to the arrest in flagrante delicto. On his PC there were also videos of sexual abuse of very young children.
At least three underage girls, all resident in the Cagliari area, to whom the 26-year-old had made requests to meet, after having obtained intimate images and videos from them .
The proceeding is still in the preliminary investigation phase, but the numerous files found on the young man's computer made the arrest necessary, which was then validated by the investigating judge of the Cagliari court, who ordered him to be placed under house arrest.
