Unauthorized trip in the Tuvumannu tunnel, in Cagliari. A group of "curious" people did it: together they entered the abandoned construction site of the infrastructure blocked by the Regional Landscape Plan. And the images of the degradation - costing 20 thousand euros per meter - were published on social media.

The scenario is that of a suburb abandoned to itself, with concrete borders marked by spray paint and debris. And via Castelli watching from above.

It was supposed to be the turning point road, to connect the hospital area (Brotzu, above all) with Sant'Avendrace and the port area, without having to go over the hill from Sa Duchessa or go around Is Mirrionis and San Michele.

But in 2006 the urban planning regulations introduced by the Soru Council were stopped . Since then, mobility and transport policies have changed. No one has ever thought of financing the completion or demolition. And the eyesore remains there, transformed into a destination for unauthorized visits.
