Cagliari, hundreds in procession to defend public health: "Right to health denied"

A precise plan towards the privatization of healthcare . This is the voice raised by this morning's demonstration in Cagliari , where hundreds walked the streets of the center of the capital, from Piazza dei Centomila to the Darsena, to defend the right to health .

An event, the one organized by the regional committee in defense of public health, which saw for the first time the joint participation of all the territorial committees, except for that of Ogliastra , which chose not to be there in response to the presence of politics to the protest.

In the crosshairs of the procession, as mentioned, the progressive conversion of healthcare from public to private, supported both at the regional and national level, but also the s   cloak   ent of the currently functioning hospitals , awaiting the construction of the new structures.
