Under house arrest for previous legal events , he was surprised by the carabinieri in Cagliari outside his home.
A 53 - year - old unemployed man from Sant'Elia was therefore transferred to prison .
The military took him from house arrest and transferred him to Uta , where he will have to serve the remainder of his sentence.
