Cagliari, endless waiting lists? The ASL pays for the private visit

Or rather, if public health times exceed those established by the priority classes, the citizen will be able to access the intramoenia or accredited private service at the cost of a ticket or obtain a refund.
Approximately twenty years after the national law that put it in black and white - legislative decree 124 of 1998 - the resolution of the ASL of Cagliari arrives, which seems to adapt to the higher provisions. At least for the first specialist or diagnostic visits.
