Antonio Durzu finally has a new newsstand, in Piazza Ingrao in Cagliari, eight months after the destruction of the old one, last May 15th, due to the collapse of the branch of a centuries-old ficus that overlooked it.

The prefabricated kiosk was set up with the Rubino company crane that went into action in via Roma at 7.30. Durzu can finally resume his work in normal conditions, in a safe area. For him, who continued to sell newspapers from his car, a new phase began.

From the start, despite the accident, he said he wanted to do everything he could to get back into business. « There have been obstacles but now I am very happy. I never gave up. I regain the dignity of my work after a period of great uncertainty", he says in front of the new newsstand purchased in Capoterra.

Antonio Durzu today received messages from many loyal customers for whom his kiosk for the sale of newspapers and magazines continues to be a point of reference.
