Cagliari, driving without a license: 39 year old reported

In Cagliari, the carabinieri of the San Bartolomeo station reported a 39-year-old native of the capital for driving without a license.

According to the allegations, the man had rented a Renault Clio at a dealership in Olbia and headed for Cagliari, where he lives.

Stopped by the Carabinieri, he turned out to have no driving licence: he had never obtained one.
