Cagliari, drives but has never obtained a license: second violation in a few weeks

A 22-year-old from Quartu was denounced on the loose by the carabinieri of the Cagliari Radiomobile for driving without a license with recidivism.

In the early hours of yesterday morning he was checked in via Mercalli while he was at the wheel of his Fiat Punto, and it immediately emerged that he had never actually obtained a driving license. Just as it was found that the young man had already been sanctioned for the same violation last February.

In a subsequent search, he was found in possession of 2.6 grams of marijuana, declared for personal use, and will be reported to the Prefecture of Cagliari as a contractor.

The car and the drug were seized.
