It wasn't the middle of the night. But that noisy crowd in Via Napoli, with traditional Sardinian music echoing in the narrow streets, once again infuriated the exasperated inhabitants of the Marina in Cagliari.

"We dance in the middle of the street with applause and shouts," attacks Sandra Orrù, spokesperson for the neighborhood residents' committee, who points the finger at the locals who organized the initiative. "It's a shame that we're not in some slum, but in the middle of buildings with families trying to watch TV or get their children to sleep."

The theme is always the same, which has no solution: «People who go to work live here. But for those who organize these events this is not important", is the accusation, "it is a priority to use public spaces for private purposes. And despite dozens of reports, the municipal police responded that they cannot intervene before 11pm."
