Serious accident in the night between Friday and Saturday in Cagliari, on the Asse mediano: a car skidded and ended up against the guardrail. The car was heavily damaged, while the two people on board, driver and passenger, suffered several injuries and lesions.

They were rescued by 118 and accompanied to the hospital, to Brotzu and to Santissima Trinità, and assigned a yellow code.
The accident occurred around 5 am on the stretch of the Asse at the junction for Pirri and via Cadello, exiting Cagliari. Local Police patrols arrived and the officers carried out surveys to try to understand the dynamics of the single-vehicle accident.

The stretch of road was closed to traffic for an hour.
