The Carabinieri of the NAS of Cagliari, during one of the many checks on health and hygiene safety in the food sector, administratively sanctioned the owner of a butcher's shop for the lack of tracking and traceability of some foodstuffs.
35.2 kg of pork and 3.6 kg of sheep meat were targeted, all seized, with a commercial value of approximately €1,000. The meat did not have a health mark.
It was in no way possible to verify how and when they were purchased.
