For the chosen ones it means a salary of 900 euros per month. Indeed, more: with the reform decided by the State, the figure will increase. In Cabras it's time for full councilors. Mayor Andrea Abis re-elected a few days ago will soon have to appoint the council: there are five seats to be assigned in all.

«This time deciding is more difficult than in 2018 - admits the mayor of the lagoon - but a choice must be made. A few more days and I will communicate the names of the councilors. There's so much to do."

Before the elections, Mayor Abis had declared that, in case of victory, he would not change the team. This in the light, according to him, of the excellent work done in recent years by his councilors.

After the party and the toast, however, the mayor announced that for the choice he would consider skills, experience gained over the years but also the preferences received during.

According to the votes, the executive should be formed by the 5 most voted: Carlo Trincas, Alessandra Pinna, Carlo Carta, Laura Celletti and Nando Sechi. In doing so, however, the outgoing councilor for the environment Marco Mascia who got 232 votes and the outgoing councilor for urban planning Enrico Gordiano who got 197 preferences would remain out.

If the latter were instead to be confirmed, perhaps he would not like the councilor Federica Pinna who instead received more preferences than him: 214. As many as in 2018.

After five years as a councilor, perhaps she too would like a place on the Giunta. So now all that remains is to wait for the decision of the mayor, who in the meantime comments: «There are five seats and a choice must be made. I'm trying to mix everything a bit, calmly and carefully. I'm making a lot of assessments: administering Cabras is not easy ».
