More blood along the roads of Sardinia . In the night, around 11pm, a 51-year-old man, Gianni Piscedda , an artisan from Cabras, died along the road that connects Cabras to Solanas.

The man was traveling on a scooter which, for unknown reasons, ended up off the road.

The dynamics of the tragedy have yet to be reconstructed in detail . The carabinieri worked on the spot.

The 51-year-old would have lost control of the scooter in a curve , going off the road. The bike also hit a pole. The centaur was then thrown from the scooter ending up on the asphalt, and died instantly.

The firefighters and a 118 ambulance intervened on the spot, but there was nothing more they could do for the 51-year-old.
