The management of Arnas Brotzu, in collaboration with the trade unions, will arrange for the payment of the 2023 equalization funds to the company's doctors and non-medical healthcare managers, which will be included in the December 2025 paycheck.

"This important, long-awaited result restores pay equity and recognizes the professional value of those who daily provide care, assistance, and quality services in one of Sardinia's strategic public healthcare facilities," reads a company statement.
