Prohibition of access to urban areas for three young people, arrested by agents of the Quartu police station for attempted murder and brawl in a club.

The urban Daspo (i.e. the Dacur) prohibits the three boys from accessing all public establishments and public entertainment venues in the province of Cagliari from 5 to 6 am. There is also a ban on parking in the immediate vicinity of the premises for a year and a half for the youngest and two years for the other two.

Again with the aim of protecting public order and safety, the Cagliari police chief has issued a provision to suspend the authorization for the administration of food and drink to be paid by the owner of the establishment for a period of ten days.

The Volante operators had intervened in recent days in a Quartu club after a violent brawl was reported to the Operations Center. While the agents intervened on the scene of the fight, the report relating to a young man brought in serious condition to the emergency room reached the operating room.

The investigations had made it possible to immediately identify the perpetrators of the attack, then arrested for attempted murder and aggravated brawl in competition . Following the validation, the investigating magistrate had ordered precautionary custody in prison for the first two and house arrest for the youngest of them.

The agents of the Anti-Crime Division carried out further investigations and, having assessed the fact that it caused a particular social alarm and a serious danger for civil coexistence and for the safety of the community, proposed the issuance of the Daspo prevention measure.
