Bonorva, the 1952 fedales celebrate 70 years

It is a well-established practice for the Bonorvese fedales of 1952 to meet and celebrate their birthday together. In Bonorva, as per tradition, the fifties organize the feast of the patron saint Santa Maria Bambina.

In 2002 this task fell to them and, after numerous meetings and dinners, they set up a rich program of appointments which then met with great success. Meeting after meeting, we reached our 70th birthday. An anniversary celebrated on December 3 with the participation of a good number of fedales who, after going to the cemetery to lay flowers for the deceased fedales, went to church for the mass celebrated by the parish priest Don Faedda. A sumptuous lunch in a restaurant then closed the day.
