False alarm in the sea of Capitana, in Quartu, where the presence of a Second World War bomb was feared.

The alert was raised by a swimmer who noticed an iron artifact among the rocks buried by a few centimeters of water.

The carabinieri of the Compagnia di Quartu, the Port Authority and the Navy immediately arrived on the scene. But no danger: it was an old hydraulic pump that who knows how long had been under water.

The fear thus immediately returned, with the bathers who resumed their dives and baths.
