Boom of sanctions in recent days by the Coast Guard of the Golfo Aranci maritime district office and the offices of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo on the coast and in the sea of Gallura .

The checks were carried out as part of the "Safe Sea" campaign: 16 yachtsmen were sanctioned for having pushed their boats into off-limits waters, while one person was fined for illegal occupation of the maritime property, having started a bathing establishment without authorizations.

The military, coordinated by the commander, lieutenant Francesco D'Esposito, in the area from Punta Bados to Capo Ferro seized a 35 square meter structure, used as a bathing establishment and installed without the required authorizations, and raised an administrative sanction for a total of 1,032 euros.

While at sea, the CP 709 patrol boat and the GC B 77 boat have raised 16 administrative penalties, for a total of about 4,200 euros, against boaters who have not respected the minimum distance from the coast, for navigation, stop and anchorage in the waters prohibited for navigation, or due to the absence on board of the documents required by current legislation.
