Two traders who employed undeclared workers and did not pay insurance contributions for 2,000 euros were discovered and fined by the Belvì carabinieri.

The military were engaged together with their colleagues from the Labor Inspectorate Nucleus of Nuoro in a broad service aimed at the repression of undeclared work and illegal hiring.

The managers of the commercial establishments received over 7 thousand euros in administrative fines.

The checks will also continue in the next few days, the carabinieri say, to counter a widespread phenomenon even in the innermost areas of Barbagia.
