Another night of flames in the Oristano area. This time, the fire ravaged a barn on the outskirts of Narbolia . Law enforcement is currently investigating the incident, but no further explanation has been ruled out.

The alarm was raised in the middle of the night between Saturday and Sunday when someone noticed smoke and flames on a plot of land overlooking the provincial road that leads from Narbolia to San Vero Milis.

Within minutes, the flames had engulfed the barn, devouring several round bales , then spread to a shed on the farm owned by a 45-year-old worker from Narbolia.

The alarm was raised immediately and the firefighters were called. They arrived within minutes at the fenced property and worked extensively to extinguish the flames and secure the entire area. Cleanup operations and investigations into the cause of the fire began shortly thereafter.

Investigators are currently examining every possibility, including that of a possible warning . The damage is believed to be extensive, but a precise estimate will only be available in the next few hours.
