A 60-year-old man was stabbed around midnight in his home in via Piave in San Cecilia, in the town of Bari Sardo .

The man, who suffered stab wounds to his right side and chest , was transported by a 118 ambulance to the Lanusei hospital where he was hospitalized in red code in serious condition .

From an initial reconstruction by the carabinieri who intervened on the spot, it would have been a family dispute .

The military would have already identified the perpetrator of the gesture - a family member - on which there is still strict secrecy.
