No longer yellow, but orange is the alert for hydrogeological risk issued by the Civil Protection of Sardinia in view of the disturbance expected for today, Sunday 2 February.

The moderate criticality warning concerns the Cagliari area and all eastern sectors, excluding Gallura, where the alert remains yellow as for the center of the island and the Oristano area. The Sassari area and the north-western coast will not be affected by particular phenomena.

The worsening is expected starting from this evening and will intensify tomorrow, when phenomena with predominantly autumnal characteristics are expected: strong thunderstorms are not excluded.
