Atzara, the flowers of the Autumn festival in Barbagia taken to the cemetery: «Thoughts for the fellow villagers who are no longer here»

After the sold-out success of the Autunno in Barbagia stage in Atzara , a thought also comes for those who are no longer here.

Antonio Mele, an entrepreneur, told it on the popular Facebook group "Atzaresos": «In the last few hours, while they were cleaning up the town centre, I thought not to throw away the flowers used to adorn the Cortes, but to take them to our cemetery, giving them to fellow villagers who they left us."

Mele's gesture was appreciated by fellow citizens who found themselves united in the initiative, among several comments of applause.

«Ours is a community endowed with great humanity», concludes Mele, «through small but significant actions we can make our society better».
