Arzana, head-on collision on 389: two injured in red code

Two men in hospital and two cars destroyed. This is the result of the accident that occurred this morning in Arzana, at kilometer 177 of state road 389, in the Siccaderba area.

The two vehicles had a violent head-on collision. The two injured, one 50 years old from Arzana and the other 31 from Lanusei, were rescued by 118 personnel who transported them in red code (for dynamics) to Nostra Signora della Mercede in Lanusei. Their lives are not in danger.

Also on site were the Lanusei firefighters and the Carabinieri for the relevant surveys. Traffic on the state road, which was initially closed, suffered long delays.
