A 67-year-old man has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison for the crime of sexual abuse against a teenager.
The events occurred in 2019 in Arzachena and the victim was 15 years old.
The sentence is from the Tempio Tribunal (panel presided over by Caterina Interlandi), the judges accepted all the requests of the prosecutor Mauro Lavra.
According to the public prosecutor and the civil lawyers (Maria Giovanna Poggi and Domenica Gala), the alleged perpetrator of the violence, a businessman , had the girl in his care for work reasons . He therefore took advantage of the situation to abuse the teenager.
The man's lawyer, Roberto Onida, had asked for an acquittal and announced that he would appeal.
