After the arrest, a thirty-five year old from Uta got the green light to negotiate a sentence in lieu of prison: 500 hours of community service.

Yesterday the sentence was pronounced by the Court judge, Simone Nespoli, who considered the agreement reached by the defenders, the lawyers Andrea Murreli and Francesca Maria Di Tolla, with the public prosecutor Gilberto Ganassi, to be adequate.

The young woman was thus admitted to serve an alternative sentence, working in a voluntary association instead of prison.
