These are the decisions of the Tempio Tribunal for the robbery in the villa of the Olbia gallery owner Antonia Pischedda, 83 years old, robbed of paintings and jewels by two people with their faces covered and armed with sticks .

Four years of prison were given to Gianpaolo Muggittu, 68 years old, from Mamoiada, nephew of the victim , believed to be the organizer of the robbery of August 19, 2015. Efisio Zucca, 73 years old, resident in Pistoia, accused of having attempted to sell the paintings . Muggittu, who has always declared his innocence, is defended by the lawyer Gian Franco Mureddu, while Zucca is assisted by the lawyer Anna Maria Busia.

The statute of limitations has been declared for the crimes contested by Nicola Baldari, 55 years old, from Sassari, accused of forgery, defended by the lawyer Antonio Meloni, and by Nicola Castellucci, defended by the lawyers Francesco Del Pasqua and Maria Caterina Pisano . The positions of the two were marginal. The elderly gallery owner, assisted by the lawyer Giommaria Uggias, had renounced the constitution of civil party.
