Seulo celebrates its third centenary of this 2022: it is Anna Mulas, known as Annetta. Excited by the celebrations and the visit of the mayor Enrico Murgia who named her "honorary mayor". Today the neo-centenary had the pride and privilege of blowing out one hundred candles, a symbol of a long life dedicated to the work of mother and wife. Beside her husband, Felice Loddo, barber and tailor, did not spare herself, helping him not only in his work as a tailor but also in that of a bricklayer to build their house.

The anecdote of the physical strength of this super grandmother when she was able to carry a hundred kilos of concrete on her head remains memorable in the family. Longevity marks the genetics of Anna Mulas' relatives: grandmother Isidora Moi, born in 1878, was the first centenarian surveyed in Seulo; even her cousin Gina Mulas in 2013 celebrated her 100th birthday.
Annetta is in shape, she has always followed the typical diet of the mountain villages: a lot of work and frugal food, at the table her favorite dish was and remains the roast suckling pig. The class of 1922 is a record, for now all female, but the "weaker sex" does not belong to Anna Mulas, Gilda Lai and Pietrina Murgia, as strong and tenacious as the centuries-old trees of this Barbagia.
