An illegal food warehouse next to the restaurant: the discovery in Cagliari

He had built an underground food depot next to his restaurant , without informing the authorities, even though it had already been checked.

The Nas carabinieri discovered this during a second inspection of a restaurant in Cagliari. The deposit was closed and the owner was warned to collect the food that was kept inside.

The check has started in recent days. The Nas military went to verify that the restaurateur, after the previous inspection, had removed the hygienic-structural irregularities found during the inspection. The owner had arranged everything in the restaurant, but had not reported the presence of the illegal food deposit which is right next door.
