Alghero, fire in an apartment on Via Malta: firefighters respond

There were moments of fear late yesterday evening in an apartment on Via Malta, in Alghero, where a fire broke out inside the laundry room around 10:40 PM.

The fire department team responded quickly to the scene, located the source of the fire and extinguished the flames using CO2 extinguishers. This intervention contained the fire and limited the damage to the structure. The prompt action of the homeowners was also crucial. They immediately realized the danger, left the apartment, and raised the alarm, alerting emergency services.

Fortunately, no injuries or poisoning were reported.
