Yesterday evening after 7pm the Alghero fire brigade team had to intervene in via Vittorio Veneto for a fire that hit a regularly parked white Audi.

For reasons yet to be ascertained, the car caught fire on the left rear part. The rapid intervention of the men of the Via Napoli detachment prevented the flames from engulfing the entire car.

Police and Carabinieri were also on site. The road was closed to traffic for the time necessary to secure the area.
