A road accident occurred this morning in Alghero, along provincial road 55, in the Tramariglio area.

Around 10 a.m., a car, for reasons still under investigation, lost control and went off the road, ending up in a particularly inaccessible area.

The rescue operations were complex : the firefighters from the Alghero detachment had to use SAF (Alpine-Fluvial Speleological Rescue) techniques to reach and safely recover the injured man, who was then entrusted to the care of the 118 medical personnel.

Local police officers also responded to the scene, conducting surveys and managing traffic. The condition of the person involved has not yet been released.
