Constantin Prisaca, born in Romania in 1976 and resident in Italy since 2007, is now an Italian citizen in all respects.

Official recognition was awarded to him today by the mayor of Porto Torres, Massimo Mulas.

Constantin spent 16 years working in Porto Torres as a dental technician. This morning he received the parchment signed by the President of the Republic from the hands of the mayor, during a small ceremony that took place in the Palazzo del Marquis, where other foreigners received the same recognition. The 46-year-old, who arrived in the city almost by chance pursuing a job opportunity, fell so much in love with Porto Torres that he now feels like a true Turritan citizen.

Mayor Mulas thanked the new Italian citizen for the contribution he has made in recent years to building the community and recalled the values of hospitality and the encounter between different cultures, which represent the foundations on which the identity of Porto Torres.
