Suctioned from the pool nozzle. There were long minutes of great fear this morning in the Flumendosa campsite in Santa Margherita di Pula, where firefighters and 118 operators intervened to save a 4-year-old girl who was stuck in the water intake system.

According to an initial reconstruction, the little girl was in a shallow water point when - but there is no certainty on this point - she managed to remove the plastic grid affixed to the wall of the tank, protecting the suction channel: the arm he was immediately sucked in.

The parents and those present immediately intervened, with the call to 118. The operations center also alerted the firefighters, who arrived on site in a very short time from the nearby Pula detachment.

The men of the emergency team disengaged the limb – widening the duct – and the episode ended with a big sigh of relief.

The little girl was transferred to Brotzu under code yellow, her condition does not cause concern.
