Worker hit and killed by a train at Chiari station

A 51-year-old worker is the victim of yet another workplace accident which occurred shortly after midnight at Chiari station, in the province of Brescia.

The man, an employee of an external company, was working on a construction site when he was hit and killed by a train which he probably did not see due to the thick fog.

Italo's convoy was traveling from Naples to Bergamo.

All investigations are underway.
