He pretended to be 17 for a week on Instagram to lure a 13-year-old girl. She decided to meet him, but the 25-year-old man raped her after tricking her into meeting him .

It happened in Monza , where a 25-year-old Cuban man was arrested by the State Police. The minor herself called 112 for help, and officers from the Flying Squad responded to her home and activated the red code. Then, within a short time, they identified the perpetrator and arrested him.

The meeting took place on July 10th, when the young man arranged to meet the minor at the Monza train station. She agreed on the condition that they not be alone, but once there, he convinced her to follow him near the Villoresi canal, in an isolated area, and only then did he reveal his true age .

When the thirteen-year-old resisted , he forced her to have sexual intercourse and when she tried to escape, the attacker threatened her with a knife and took her back to Monza station .

Only the following day, confiding in a friend, did the girl find the courage to report the incident. An initial investigation by the Forensic Police led to the discovery of a Coca-Cola bottle from which the attacker had drunk and a condom wrapper. At the 25-year-old's home, police found a towel, the clothing he was wearing at the time of the incident, hidden among the dirty underwear, and the knife used to threaten the victim.

The 25-year-old, who already had a plane ticket to Spain and his suitcase packed, was taken to prison.
