Woman slaughtered in Aosta, the trial of the 36-year-old Sardinian guilty confessed begins

The trial in the Court of Assizes of Gabriel Falloni , the 36-year-old from Sorso who confessed to having killed, on 17 April, the 32-year-old Romanian Elena Raluca Serban, began this morning in Aosta.

The defense of the accused, as a preliminary exception, requested that a psychiatric assessment be carried out on the man. Falloni had been filmed by cameras as he was leaving a house rented by the victim: he had a bag with him that, upon his arrival, he did not have.
Elena had been found dead in the bathroom of the apartment , butchered.
In the 36-year-old's version, the woman had made a sexual joke that triggered her anger: she put her hands around her neck, then let go but the young woman then grabbed a knife, ended up in the course of a fight in the hands of the Sardinian.
The two, according to the Prosecutor's Office, had met after the man found the escort's phone number on a classifieds site.
The victim's mother and sister filed a civil action at the trial.
