Manslaughter. This is the hypothesis formulated by the Rome Prosecutor's Office for the tragic death of Anna Vacca , the 82-year-old woman originally from Loceri but long since transplanted to Rome. The investigating magistrate has opened a case in which proceedings are being taken against unknown persons.

Yesterday in the house at number 74 in via Bisaccia, where the 82-year-old woman originally from Loceri lost her life after being crushed under the weight of the concrete cornice, the Spresal technicians of the Rome ASL carried out a thorough inspection together with the Labor Inspectorate core. They have the task of verifying that the workers of the construction company based in Ariccia have respected all safety regulations.

In the villa in Monte Migliore, a hamlet south of the capital, renovation works were underway. Yesterday morning Anna Vacca was hanging out her clothes in the garden when the cornice came off the wall and ended up on top of her. The woman, married and mother of two children, died instantly. The body was seized and transferred to the Tor Vergata hospital, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
