Willy's murder: asking for a life sentence for the Bianchi brothers
For Marco and Gabriele Bianchi, accused of complicity, a sentence of 24 years is requested
"Life imprisonment." This is the request of the Prosecutor of Velletri for the brothers Marco and Gabriele Bianchi for the murder of Willy Monteiro Duarte , beaten to death on 6 September 2020 in Colleferro , near Rome.
For their friends accused of complicity, Mario Pincarelli and Francesco Belleggia , the prosecution has instead requested 24 years in prison.
In his indictment, the prosecutor Francesco Brando spoke of “a vulgar attack carried out by four individuals to the detriment of a boy. We think - he added - that
this is a willful, voluntary and non-intentional homicide ".
"The action started with the Bianchi brothers but then it is combined with the action of Belleggia and Pincarelli and becomes a joint action - the prosecutor also underlined -. What happened to Willy could have happened to anyone else who was faced with to the herd ", concluded Brando.
