The Court of Milan accepted the request of the commissioners of Tirrenia, in extraordinary administration, and ordered the seizure of the assets of the parent company Onorato Armatori, for an amount of 20 million euros.

The thesis of the Tirrenia lawyers, Professor Pier Filippo Giuggioli and the lawyer Adriano Curti, was "fully accepted", reads a note.

In the civil proceedings, "the responsibility of the Onorato holding" was recognized, "for having drained resources of Cin for over 210 million so as to prevent the latter from repaying to the extraordinary administration the price of 180 million for the sale of the fleet" .
