They sell non-existent cars, scooters and tractors on the internet: scammers have been discovered

Eighteen precautionary measures are carried out, in an operation taken at the first light of dawn, by the Reggio Calabria police as part of an investigation relating to online scams.

The investigators defeated the criminal association active on the Ionian and Tyrrhenian sides of the Reggio area.

The charges for the suspects are those of criminal association aimed at fraud, money laundering, substitution of person.

Over 120 agents employed belonging to the Postal Police and the Questura ended up under seizure current accounts and computer equipment.

From the investigative investigations it emerged that those arrested were selling cars, tractors, excavators, scooters and other non-existent goods on well-known e-commerce platforms, through a series of ingenious stratagems aimed at "covering" their actual identities and acting with an organized and particularly complex modus operandi.
