The protocol relating to measures to combat and contain the spread of the coronavirus in relation to the workplace has been confirmed at least until June.

With some important clarifications and distinctions that were underlined in the meeting between the social partners, the Ministry of Labor, Health and Inail. While for the public sector the mask is "recommended" (as required by the circular issued by Minister Brunetta) in situations at risk, for workers in the private sector it will be mandatory whenever it is not possible to respect the safety distance. And this happens, for example, when you share rooms, indoors and outdoors, and you can't keep the distance. As well as when dealing with employees who have relations with the public and therefore a "promiscuous presence" occurs between "internal" and "external".

From June onwards, something could change because, as was recalled today by the confederal secretary of the CISL, Angelo Colombini, "some points are obsolete, such as temperature measurement and dedicated accesses".
