The parachute does not open: the well-known lawyer Giampiero Pani dies

A parachute jump was fatal for Giampiero Pani, a well-known 63-year-old Turin lawyer.
The lawyer, originally from Lecce, husband of the city councilor of "Torino Bellissima", Silvia Damilano, jumped from 4 thousand meters of altitude with a group of friends from the Sky Dream Center of Cumiana, in Piedmont, but the parachute would not have opened regularly.
The carabinieri are now investigating the incident and have started investigations to reconstruct the dynamics and causes of the tragedy.
