The killers entered his home during the night and he jumped from the balcony , trying to reach another house, but fell into the void . The body of 51-year-old Raffaele Cinque was found on the street. Before the jump, the attackers had fired shots at him.

It remains to be established whether the death was caused by the shooting or whether the death was due to the fall from the balcony. Officers from the local police station and the Flying Squad intervened on site.

The dynamics of the affair are still being reconstructed by investigators but - according to initial information from the Police - the man had a history of several crimes.
