A "violent impulse" put in place for no reason whatsoever. A " completely disproportionate action " and "aggressive with lethal results".

The prosecutors of the Velletri Public Prosecutor's Office reiterate this, referring to the conduct of the Bianchi brothers, in the replies filed to the parties in the trial for the murder of Willy Monteiro Duarte , whose sentence is expected for July 4 before the judges of the Assize Court of Frosinone.

For Gabriele and Marco Bianchi the prosecutors asked for a life sentence , while for the other defendants Francesco Belleggia and Mario Pincarelli asked for a sentence of 24 years.

Willy was beaten to death on the night of September 6, 2020 in front of a club in Colleferro: returning to that tragic evening, the prosecutors affirm that "it appears evident, that there was no element to justify conduct of that type ; conduct which, therefore , is put in place despite the absence of a valid reason, using that discussion born outside a club as a mere pretext to attack ".

According to the accusatory system, the Bianchi brothers gave " vent to their violent impulse , approaching the crowd with the sole intent of harming and not withdrawing from their criminal intent despite the attempts" by some present "to explain how there was absolutely no need to use violence ".

Therefore, there is no motive : "It is to be considered so banal as to make the aggressive action completely disproportionate with lethal outcomes and within these limits of content, it can certainly be observed as a 'non-motive'".

In the indictment of 12 May, the representatives of the prosecution reconstructed the stages of the beating. "The action started with Marco and Gabriele Bianchi but then it joins with the action of Belleggia and Pincarelli and becomes a united action - explained the prosecutors -. What happened to Duarte could have happened to anyone else who found himself in front of the herd. The beating lasted about 50, interminable, seconds in which the victim was hit by repeated blows: " 50 seconds of incredible suffering ".
