Suspicious package at Beppe Grillo's house, the bomb squads arrive

He was not expecting any parcels so when they told him that something had arrived for him in his house in Sant'Ilario, in Genoa, the alarm went off.

The police cars, the Digos and even the bomb squads reached Beppe Grillo's villa due to the presence of a suspicious object delivered this morning by a courier and collected by the maid.

Last November, surveillance was strengthened for the founder of the Five Star Movement after a letter of threats in which it read: "Condolences, you will have grief in the family during the holidays" and before he had been delivered an envelope containing a t-shirt with the inscription “www.cirogrillo.org.”, a reference to the story of the son Ciro sent to trial for the alleged gang rape of a student in Sardinia. The police had therefore increased the passages and parking in front of the Grillo house.
