Stabbing to mother-in-law: 41-year-old arrested

A 41-year-old woman was arrested for the attempted murder of her mother-in-law, a 66-year-old from Piacenza.
The incident happened late yesterday evening in a two-storey house a few kilometers from Piacenza.
118 and the police intervened here for a woman found in the house, injured by eight stab wounds, but not in danger of life.
The suspicions of the Piacenza police immediately fell on the 41-year-old who was stopped as she attempted to drive away by car.
The woman spent the night in the barracks and at dawn this morning she was arrested as a suspect in the crime. The woman's kitchen knife and car were seized.
