Truck loses load of scaffolding which overwhelms cars: two twenty-year-olds dead, 5 injured and driver fleeing

Extremely serious accident this afternoon in the Reggio Emilia area.
A lorry lost the load of scaffolding it was carrying and ended up on the road, hitting several cars . The toll was tragic: the two occupants of a hit car, boys aged 19 and 21, died instantly , five other people were injured, one of which (21 year old who was in the car with the two victims) in serious condition.
The driver of the truck fled without rendering aid .
The tragedy occurred shortly after 6.30 pm in Caprara di Campegine, on the provincial road 111 , in the Enza valley in the province of Reggio Emilia.
The police intervened on site to investigate, reconstructing the dynamics and starting the search for the escaped driver.
